Welcome to the Official Site for the University of Canberra Union Soccer Club, the UCU Pumas. This site contains information to keep members and supporters informed of club events, team details and what's happening in the UCU Soccer Club.
The UCUSC is a member-driven Club whose aim is
to provide the means for its male and female members to compete in
well-organised soccer competitions within the ACT region. We are
affiliated with Soccer Canberra in both men’s and women’s
competitions.
The Club is not affiliated with a licensed club and all operating funds come from member subscriptions, supplemented by fundraising activities and sponsorships by local businesses.
In 2004 UCUSC will be fielding 6 Open Men’s teams, 3 Open Women’s teams and one Men’s Masters (over 35) team.
In 2003 the UCU Men's Soccer Club and UCU
Women's Soccer Club merged to create a strong, efficient united
organisation. Over the coming months this website will undergo
changes to include new details about our women's teams and competition and
to reflect the interests of both parties to this united organisation.

| 23/06/2004 CONTRIBUTION POINTS SCHEME - EXTENSION OF TIME The Board regrets that members' invoices for the first Contribution Points milestone were not received by members as early as had been hoped. Accordingly, it has been decided that members who have received invoices will have an extension of time to pay these until 19th July 2004. Members are reminded that these invoices are an obligation to which they agreed at the time they signed their application for Club membership. Members who have not met this obligation by 19th July will be ineligible for team selection for matches the following weekend and thereafter until payment has been made. |
| 31/05/2004 Movie Preview - Spartan The Pumas first preview for 2004 is Spartan, starring Val Kilmer. This is an exclusive preview, at Hoyts Belconnen, on the 30th June 2003, with tickets costing $15 each, available from all club team representatives.
